Reflexology is a very safe therapy to receive. However, if you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor.

You have foot ulcers or open wounds on your feet

• lymphatic cancer
• blood clots or inflammation of your leg veins
• a low platelet count or other blood problems
• first trimester during an instable pregnancy

Due to the increased stimulation and circulation, before booking an appointment ask your doctor to be sure. It may be fine but why take the risk.
